We specialise in the property surveys both of commercial and residential buildings (including Building Surveys and Homebuyer Reports) and the provision of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for all types of Commercial and Domestic property and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) for Public Buildings. We provide other advice too, including Building Defect Investigations, Schedules of Condition, Maintenance Programmes, Party Wall Matters, Building Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments and Residential Valuations.
